Today finally is the last day for all the trails that I am coordinating. On my previous post, I mention until Holy Innocent Primary school going Changi Airport Terminal 3. So now I just have to continue the story. On the 20th May, which is the busiest day. Need 150 plus facilitators in the morning. I am coordinating Regent Secondary school Sec 3 going to Terminal 1 and 2. I have to again downgrade myself and become the facilitators as well. Worst thing is, 1 of the facilitators "pang seh" my trail.
Short of facilitators already and now even shorter. Never mind. With a calm mind, I manage to get the trail done well. The teachers were very relaxed when they are in the airport. No teachers notice that we were short of facilitators. Overall, the trail was a success.
Next day, coordinating Orchid Park Secondary school going to Terminal 3. I bring the teachers on a teachers' tour. The teachers were all "charm" by me. In the end, the trail was a successful one as well. Just that 1 of the students was not feeling well. I bring along with me. Going to find their teacher. The student suddenly vomitted in front of me. Anyway, the teachers had take care of him.
As for today. It was a heart attack for me. Luckily I reach the school early enough to notice that the printing vendor has printed the wrong booklets for us. I call them immediately and they help us print quickly. Beacause this school GuangYang Primary school is going to 2 different places. Their is another coordinator as well. I am going Vivo City. He is going to Singapore River.
Both of us did a very nice briefing for the students. (trying to stall some time for the booklet to be delivered to the school.)
In the end, both of us got scolded by the bus driver. He is a GOD DAMN BLOODY BUS DRIVER!!!! I am going to complain him to his company.
Anyway, the booklet has successfully been delivered to the school. The trail started. I have to buy refreshment from Vivo City. 100 crispy rolls just cost 26 dollars. The trail ended smoothly. Good feedback by the teacher.
Every trail was good experience for me. Solving problems when there are any hiccups. Being quick-witted when it comes to problems solving.
Looking forward to my graduation ceremony.
