The training in SISPEC was tougher than BMT. Timing to met is also much faster.
A lot of lectures. Have a TSR (Training Safety Regulations) test yesterday. But fail. I have to burn 1 of my weekend to re take the test. To pass the test you have to get 90 out of 100 because it is on safety for my men next time. The happiest thing in SISPEC is that my IPPT improve a lot. From pass to silver. Just to let my readers know.
Silver in Poly standard is just a Pass in Army standard. So I get Silver is Gold in Poly standard. If I get Gold in Army, Wahahahaha I will be damn fit. Anyway, I will chiong hard for the next test. Will receive 400 bucks if you get Gold. 2.4km now is no kick to me. Because every morning run 3km. My timing for 2.4km is Gold timing. But thanks to my sit-up station. I can only get silver.
Every morning have to sing the school song. It goes like this:
School of Infantry Specialist, here we come. Soldiers of every creed and race. Soldiers to Specialist we will become. Leaders of Six men will set the pace. SISPEC Warriors, we are the warriors. SISPEC Warriors, with pride we will lead. Fearlessly we train with pride. Training hard, full of might. Train to lead by day and night. We will strive for greater heights.
We also have a specialist creed to pledge every morning.
I Am the Specialist of the Singapore Armed Forces. With pride I lead.
I Excel in my Field, Ensure the discipline of my men And their mission-readiness.
I Overcome my adversity With my Fighting spirit.
I Will Defend Singapore WITH MY LIFE!!!
The creed has a very fierce tone. Anyway, 23 more weeks to a sergeant!!!

Tomorrow will be the day I report and train hard to become a sergeant. I made up my mind to become a sergeant and not an officer. Because of the interaction between my men next time. Being officer cannot really interact much with the men. But it is different for a sergeant.
So Im aiming to become a platoon sergeant. Treating my men with respect. And after the 6 months of "shit"
I can officially say this term: "Knock it down"
